History

ZhiYing Mold Co., Ltd was registered and started its operations back in 2002, by the capital investment of 8 Million RMB. and has continually continued investing on aquiring new equipment and hiring specialized personnel over the last 15 years. 
At 2016 moved its operations to its current bigger facility expanding floor space to 3,000 square meters, and expanded it's office space.
At 2018 bought a new large gantry High Speed CNC Milling machine and a new video microscope measuring system.

People

The company was founded by John Xiang, Xing Liu and Na Yang, who implemented all the administrative, commercial, production, quality and logistics systems, later Vice President Shirley Xiao joined the staff, bringing new USA, Mexico and Europe customers.
Currently has 10 administrative and 10 engineering employees, 78 highly skilled technical workers, 2 workers total combined 100 employees.
In 2018 opened a USA and Mexico Customer service office and joint venture with ZY Tooling for Mold Service, ECR and Warranty in USA and Mexico.

Products

The company has been equipped and personnel trained to produce the highest quality Plastic Injection Molds and Die Cast Molds, from Customer Concept Definition , DFM and Moldflow, Mold design, Mold build to Plastic Part Mass Production, in sizes for press tonnage from 30 tons to 3500 tons.
Has in house New Plastic Injection Machines for 80 tons, 120 tons, 160 tons and 360 tons which are used for New mold tryout and Production as well.
Currently it has joined in ventures with Die casting company and Diemaking and Stamping company.
Outsources product processes of Prototyping, 3D printing, laser scanning, paint, pad printing, silk screen printing, laser etching, Hot foil stamp, ultrasonic welding, high volume small metallic parts manufacturing, silicon rubber components production, plating, anodizing and assembly.
